20th – Red Cross Blood Drive & Breakfast – Open to the Public – 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

30th – Blue Lodge Council – Hosted by Sequin-Level Lodge #140 – Dinner at 6:30 p.m., Meeting at 7:30 p.m.

 

February 2018:

1st – Regular Stated Communication – Dinner at 6:30 p.m., Meeting begins at 7:30 p.m. – Presentation on Masonic Funerals

4th – Monthly Breakfast Fundraiser – Open to the Public – 7:30 a.m. -11:00 a.m.

13th – Night Out at J’s Crab Shack – Open to all Lodge members and their guests – Dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. – Join the Sequin-Level Lodge Craftsman’s Club for a Night Out at J’s Crab Shack, 2074 Park Street, Hartford, Connecticut.  Cost is $15 per adult, $5 per child.  RSVPs are REQUIRED by NOON on Saturday, February 10th by emailing WB Jim Bailey at BaileyJim@aol.com.  At the time of RSVPing, please either include payment arrangements with WB Jim in your email or purchase your tickets HEREThere will be assorted appetizers, which will be served family style, but please also include in your email your choice of soup, entree, and side from the following:

29th – Blue Lodge Council – Hosted by Wolcott Lodge #146 at Frederick-Franklin Lodge #14, 14 East Main Street, Plainville, CT 06062 – Dinner at 6:30 p.m., Meeting at 7:30 p.m.

30th – Connecticut Freemason Family Day at the Hartford Wolf Pack Hockey Game – Open to the Public – 7:00 p.m. – Join the Sequin-Level Lodge contingent at the XL Center in Hartford to watch the Hartford Wolf Pack take on the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins.  This event is open to all Masons, their family, friends, neighbors, and complete strangers.  Invite everyone you know, as this also serves as a fundraiser for the Lodge!  Tickets must be purchased by Thursday, February 15th in order to be included in our group order.  Tickets may be purchased HERE until February 15th.  After February 15th, you may still purchase tickets while these specially-priced seats last until March 23rd at http://www.CTFreemasonFamilyDay.org, but you likely won’t be seated in the same block of seats as the rest of the Lodge.  If purchasing tickets at the CTFreemasonFamilyDay site, please be sure to list “Sequin-Level Lodge #140” in the appropriate section at checkout so the Lodge gets the proper fund-raising credit.  For more information, please contact Brother Cliff Durity at (860) 890-3212 or twomoon4@sbcglobal.net.

July 2018:

14th – 3rd Annual Steak, Scotch & Stogie Event – Open to Masons, Prospective Masons, Family and Friends (Males Only) twenty-one years of age or older – 6:00 p.m. – One of the Craftsman’s Club’s most popular events that is not to be missed! – Tickets are $40.00 and may be purchased HERE.

19th – Regular Stated Communication – Dinner at 6:30 p.m., Meeting begins at 7:30 p.m.

21st – CT-CHIP Event at the Newington Extravaganza – 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. – Mill Pond Park, Newington, Connecticut – Open to the Public – Hosted by the Craftsman’s Club

21st – “Fire & Ice” Fireworks & Ice Cream Social – Watch the Fireworks at the Newington Extravaganza in Mill Pond Park, then come to the Lodge for the Ice Cream Social – Open to Lodge Members and their Family and Friends – Fireworks start at approximately 9:15 p.m. in Mill Pond Park; Ice Cream Social immediately follows at approximately 10:00 p.m. at the Lodge – Hosted by the Craftsman’s Club

 

August 2018:

8th – Sequin-Level Lodge Fishing Trip – Hosted by the Craftsman’s Club – Open to Sequin-Level Lodge Brothers Only – Join your Brothers for a 7-hour fishing trip aboard the Sunbeam V Charter Boat in search of Blues, Bass, Fluke, Porgy and Black Fish – Boat departs the dock at 15 First Street, Waterford, CT at 8:00 a.m. – Cost is $105 per Brother – Price includes all bait and tackle and lunch – Note that State liquor laws prohibit guests from bringing any alcohol aboard the boat – Not included in the price is a customary 18%-20% gratuity for the crew members – Tickets may be purchased HERE.

15th – Lodge Family Picnic – Open to Lodge Members and their Families – 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. – Free

20th – Regular Stated Communication – Dinner at 6:30 p.m., Meeting begins at 7:30 p.m.

28th – Annual Oktoberfest Dinner – Open to the Public – 6:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. – Hosted by the Craftsman’s Club – Break out your lederhosen and dirndl dresses and join the Sequin-Level Lodge Brothers, their families, and friends for a celebration fit for King Ludwig I himself!  Dinner will consist of traditional German food and will include a selection of German beers. – Tickets are $25.00 and may be purchased HERE.
